This page will help the growing number of our clients who prefer to phone us for a quote, then book and pay by credit card - either immediately or later - using our online Verisign secure system.
Until now we have talked many clients through this process - it takes around three or four minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
From now on we will be referring them to this page.
It covers all the information required to successfully complete an online transaction.
Our Online Booking and Payment system works like this:
Call or email for a quote and agree a price for the hire.
Then take the following steps:
- Click the credit card logos at the bottom of this website.
- This takes you to our Terms and Conditions of Business.
Please pay particular attention to items 15a and 15b -
our Cancellation Policy.
If you are happy with these, scroll down and click on Accept and Continue to enter the Booking and Payment area.
- After receipt of your Payment and no more than two
days before you travel, we will provide you with your chauffeur's
name and his or her mobile number.
Please phone us if you have any problems during this process.

We handle most enquiries and bookings by email and via the internet, but do call us if you have any particular requests or queries. You can get a good idea of how we work by reading our Weddings page.
To avoid disappointment, if you decide you want to go ahead and hire one or
more of our superb chauffeur-driven vehicles for your special day, we suggest
that you place a 50% non-refundable Deposit to
guarantee your booking. You will need to pay the balance 14
days before your Wedding Day.
After receipt of your Final Payment, and no more than two
days before you get married, we
will provide you with your chauffeur's name and his or her mobile number.
